Caring for your Jewelry

To extend the life of your earrings and keep them looking their best, hang them up or lay them flat when they are not being worn. Thread has a memory and will retain its shape so keep strands straight to avoid unwanted curves and crinkles. To flatten the woven part of your earrings you can lay them on a flat surface and smooth them with the back of your finger. Avoid contact with liquids, extreme temperatures, humidity, and sharp objects. Always handle beaded jewelry with clean hands.

Production Time

For earrings that are made to order, please expect approximately two weeks from the time you place your order to when your jewelry will be placed in the mail.

Custom & Wholesale Orders 

I love creating personalized pieces when I am able to. To request a custom order fill out the contact form with the specifics of what you have in mind and I will respond letting you know if I can accommodate your request, estimated production time, and pricing.

Shipping

I offer $5 flat rate shipping in the US. All orders are carefully packaged using eco-friendly boxes and bubble mailers. Your order will be shipped via USPS first class or priority mail and you will be notified of the tracking number via email. Once your order has been shipped I am not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. International customers are responsible for any customs fees.

Returns & Refunds

I am not able to accept returns or offer refunds so please purchase with confidence. That said, if you are unhappy with your purchase please contact so we can find a solution together.
